Additional information
Performance: Viasat 2 service offers "Up to" download and upload speeds only. Speeds fluctuate and there are no minimum service guarantees. Ping times are on average 600ms, due to the distance between geostationary satellites and the Earth (35,000km).
Data Allowance: Data is available 24/7 and resets monthly. If you run out of data, you can purchase Refills or enjoy unlimlited 1Mbps service until your cycle resets the following month.
IP addresses: Private IPv4 addressed are assigned dynamically by the Viasat 2 modem to your equipment.
Gaming: Due to the nature of internet via satellite (higher ping times of ~600ms), Viasat 2 is not recommended for online games that require low ping times.
